About I Reclaim 2026
Our Purpose
The 2026 I RECLAIM Hidradenitis Suppurativa Summit is not just another conference. It is a carefully curated experience designed to center and uplift people living with HS. For too long, our community has been forced into the shadows, hiding our bodies, shrinking, and feeling ashamed. This summit is an opportunity to step out of that darkness, to live unapologetically in your authenticity, without the need to explain or diminish yourself.
What truly makes I Reclaim special is you, the people who show up. Some are seasoned advocates, while others are meeting others living with HS for the first time ever. No matter where you fall on the spectrum, you are welcomed and supported. This summit is a reminder that we are more than our diagnosis, we are whole people living whole lives.
Here, you are seen for who you are, not what you have.
This Year’s Theme
Rooted in Community. Rooted in Us.
This year’s theme, “Rooted in Community. Rooted in Us.” reminds us that at the foundation of our struggle lies the power of connection. When nowhere else seems safe, we create communities that hold us, support us, and guide us through both pain and triumph.
At its heart, the summit is about helping our community reclaim their lives.

What to Expect at the 2026 I Reclaim Summit
Over the course of the weekend, attendees will step into a space intentionally designed for people living with HS — where care, access, and community are fully integrated into the experience.
From wound care kits available throughout the venue and a dedicated calm room for nervous system support, to a mobile clinic offering on-site diagnoses and treatment planning, the summit centers real, immediate needs alongside long-term healing.
Across three days, participants will engage in a dynamic mix of panels, workshops, and activations exploring the many dimensions of life with HS.
Friday opens with a celebratory ceremony featuring immersive experiences, live music, and a keynote to ground the weekend in reclamation and collective care.
Saturday’s sessions focus on deepening understanding of HS through conversations on therapies, research, wound care, workplace navigation, masculinity, intimacy, and self-image, alongside hands-on workshops and direct clinical support.
On Sunday, the focus expands toward sustainability and integration, with sessions on pain management, relationships, nervous system care, nourishment, advocacy, and community-building — closing with a powerful patient makeover reveal and ceremony that honors transformation, visibility, and the ongoing journey of reclaiming self.
